Final adjustments are made to the Phantom Ultimate Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) before it is deployed to inspect targets on Odyssey's SS Republic project. This ROV system is capable of operating to depths of 2,250 feet and is deployed from the research vessel RV Odyssey.
